Catherine has over 20 years’ experience of working with and leading complex UK and globally focussed programme teams, including for Oxfam and White Ribbon Alliance. Her skills lie in strategic leadership across several disciplines - including strategic planning, learning, strengthening governance and accountability, organisational development, recruitment, change and programme management.
In her consultancy work, Catherine draws upon this experience to provide tailored support to senior leaders seeking to make significant and sustainable change within teams or across an organisation. She is known for working in an inclusive, facilitative way, building strong trusting relationships and ensuring full and active engagement from all.
